GOAL FOR TODAY:

run on treadmill 2 miles
work on wii fit
stretch


EAT GOOD

yesterday, didn't get a run in but walked for 2 hours pushing 4 kids in a stroller, worked at the pool with hubby, getting ready to poor concrete on Saturday, also moved woodchips in back yard so can get ready garden, so all in all I did very well besides not going for a run.

everyone in the house had that nastey cold going around, sore throat, brick on the chest caugh. Can't waite till everyone fills better.
