I walked to the gym today and worked out, but since I'd been sick the last couple days it was more of a 'going through the motions' workout. Came home and caught a couple sets on the bench. I'll never look like I did 10+ years ago, but who does? My goal now is 20% body fat, preferably at <185lbs. I'm giving myself a whole year to get there.
