My first journal entry! Two weeks ago I decided it's time to turn my health around. I quit smoking and, in hopes of reversing an enlarged liver, started my medically supervised weight loss journey. Down five lbs over the last two weeks! With a daily caloric max of 1200cal i'm finding my will power slipping already, so haveing these journal entries to share and everyone else's to help motivate and inspire, I'm excited to keep going. Today I woke up late and bought a breakfast wrap from Tim Hortons on my way to work which used most of my daily calorie count. So dissapointed for that slip but trying to brush it off and move along. Anyways, I recieved the app today and put in my weight starting today, with a goal to lose 50 lbs over the next year. Hopefully my doc will be able to increase my calorie intake when I start making healthier choices more regularly. 🤞🤞 Got my fit bit, my smart scale, my fat secret app, my medical aid (semi-glutide), the support of my healthcare providers, family, and friends, and all the motivation I can muster.
