Suggestions...if you had cheese in your omelet, maybe you could do without the cheese in the sandwich? Or try using reduced-fat or fat-free cheese? Also, fruit calories really can add up...so maybe just 1 cup of the diced fruit at a time 👍

Also...can you try finding a whole wheat thin-sliced bread next time at the grocery store? it's a lot better for you than white bread 👍💙

Thank you Crystal I thought about one but that two had more fruit and I have been told to eat more fruits and vegetables.
