DAY 7: Today I’m blessed! I’m actually blessed every day! God does not allow my trials to consume me! I did some stretches and Zumba yesterday!!!! My back and neck are feeling better today! Yesterday was my first day consuming meat in a big way. I ate 3 strips of bacon Friday but yesterday I had some roast and potatoes and a salad. I’m considering giving up meat because I know with the Hoshimotos thyroidism that I have my digestive system is a lot slower and maybe it’s more stress on my body idk. I’m keeping theses journals to keep track and see. The doctors don’t tell you anything they don’t know if diet effects the condition or gluten so I’ve been on my own! I’m still encouraged! I enrolled my children in school they start Tuesday so maybe not having to homeschool I’ll have a little more time to exercise. I bought some keto bread yesterday more eggs and health veggies without high carbs so we will see what the next few days show.

Also want to note that I did get 8 hrs of sleep good effort after waking at least two times for bathroom breaks lol took sleepy time tea before bed!

Buenita yes ma’am idk if you have an Aldi near you but that’s where I found it at!!! They have pretty good things for good prices! They have a lot of keto and gluten free stuff
