Goals:
yesterday I ran outside for 3.5 miles. also streched before I ran. moved wood chips for 1 hour, with help of 2 6 year olds. didn't eat very well, but doing alot better today.
today:
walked 3 kids in a double stroller for 3 miles, took them to the park then played out side.
running tonight 3 miles. So happy the weather is getting so much better. working on moving woodchips some more. Eating alot better and drinking all my water.
