This is the last week of month two of p90x3, I would be lying if I didn't say that my clothes look better. I do my workout and an hour later I go to my 1:15 swim practice and I don't feel like I'm dying. I'm going to find a tap dancing class if it kills me and I'm thinking of doing Bikram yoga next week for two weeks. I haven't got on the scale because I already know that it is going to disappoint me. When I get home from practice I eat something but it is late so in the morning I won't weigh myself because of how late I ate. I feel like my cycle is about to begin so I don't want to weigh myself because I know I will be heavier. I always have an excuse so I think I will weigh myself Sunday morning no matter what. I will likely use the tape measure on Saturday and hope for the best.
