December 15th, today I looked up my BMI. I am still officially "over weight". Must get below 24.5, BMI, to be a normal weight. I want to get to the low end of the BMI, & put on muscels & strength. All this prior to my breast, reconstruction operation. That will put the best possible body on my Dr. work table. I can put on or add more muscel after I'm all stitched up w drain tubes. looks like Dr is going to do this in 3 parts, 1) put in the stretchy Ballon, 2) then cut n pull a muscle forward, from my back, a big scar he said. 3) then hope it heals, & reduce the "as born with" breast, to match whatever he can devise. On my own I have an aruara, tattooed on, to kind of match it all up.
