Well, its been a bit crazy here... I'm sort of a refugee as my roommates have 4 visitors bringing the population of our 3 bedroom appt to 7 and it was made (cough, cough) relatively clear that it would be preferred if I wasn't home much... so I've been giving into my workaholism and hiding at work - on the upside I've put some nice dents in my workload so I may survive the rest of the year without deadly level stress. I'm still a bit sick and its still less than -10 here with the wind chill - although we should be bucking that trend any time now and starting to see positive numbers in the next 2 months. Its actually been below normal here...
So, I've been keeping hydrated with lots of lemon tea - mostly weak enough to be called water and living off stuff I cooked and froze, although I've run out which means I'll be eating crap for a while at least until I make it back into my own kitchen.
So, hopefully feeling better and with a bit nicer weather I'll bring up the exercise a bit... and those last 7 pounds will slide away. I do feel pretty happy with my current weight though.. I'm back into my jeans comfortably... and that is what counts.
