Have not been feeling so good since NYE, haven’t exercised since, so bloated PMSing and cramping. So scared to weigh myself, i am so sure i gained weight, i need to lose this and get back on track… I need to get motivated! Help!!!

I also was scared to get back on the scale. once I got over it and weighed myself, I had more motivation to start working to lose the weight I gained.

Thanks SummerLover2004 ☺️ I’ll weigh tomorrow, to see the damage, the holidays caused. But i was able to do my first workout of the year today, my knee is still in pain when i am doing certain movements but i was able to push through it.
