well I've gained over half a stone over Xmas. well it was my 60th birthday Xmas eve and I went away in a hotel for Xmas and I had celebrations all over the new year for my mums 95th birthday on Jan 2nd. no excuses . I fell off the wagon. so today I'm back to the diet with hopes of getting back under 13 stone by end of the month..
