I had arms, chest and back day today. I had also added abs too. So basically my entire upper body I had done. 12 reps 3x bicep curls 12 reps 3x chest flies 15 reps 3x crunches 12 reps 3x sit ups 12 reps 3x wal push ups These are some of the things I had done today. I hadn't a workout in for a few days and I've slacked some. I feel a lot better for getting the workouts done instead of just being lazy with my nose in a book.
