Good morning FS! I've been tracking my food on a different app to support my husband. After using FS for years to track my food (off and on), getting used to another system is not fun. I don't see the sense in tracking my food in 2 places, so I'm going to keep up with the other site and see how things go for a week or so.

I've been doing well with my eating, keeping within my daily RDI! On Saturday I went on a long hike with my daughter and some friends. The first two miles was straight up hill. I climbed about 3000 feet. For this non-hiking gal - that was a HARD hike. I was soaked through my pants, shirts, socks, everything. The hike back down wasn't as rigorous, but my heart rate was elevated the whole time. In the end, I'm very glad that I did it. But I had no idea how difficult that would be. AND I'm super sore today!

The kicker is that with all of that work, I didn't lose any weight! Do you remember last week when I saw 192.9 on the scale??? This morning was 193.7. Well... hopefully it's just pissed of muscles and water retention. I haven't cheated on my RDI this week at all.

I just had two weeks with similar results. Stayed on track, had a weight gain and no weight loss, then this week a loss. Frustrating no doubt. I'm also track on a different app but I post on this site for the community support. Have a strong week you'll see that drop we all look and hope for.
