Bump in the road yesterday. Had some junk food which fueled my appetite and ate more than I should have for dinner. On top of that, no exercise yesterday. On the bright side, I got to see my brand new great nephew for the first time along with his adorable 2 year old big sister.

Today's bump in the road was planned. Have a Columbus day dinner tonight at our clubhouse, so I'll have to work double hard the next few days to make up for it. Glad I had a good week last week.

P.S. Started to make it up today with a double exercise session.
