Almost to the end of week 4. My goal is 2 lbs a week. So far so good. Slowly does it. Met my goal of 3-4x week workouts. Calorie deficit is coming along. Once past the first and second week.. it gets easier. Just don’t be so hard on yourself. Keep the focus.

1/3/22 - START weight: 207.
1/27/22 - CURRENT weight 198.9

For all of you that have slipped and gained 20+ lbs back. I’m with you. It’s tough. It sucks. Yes. It will take awhile to get back to where we were. I know. Let’s not be discouraged. Slow and steady.. it WILL happen!!!!

My tip, planning tasks to keep my mind off food. I bought drawer organizers, I re-folded all the towels. I also started walking my dog farther each day.

Doing good! 2lbs/week is a very good goal... It's what I hope for too, but having a tougher time since new years with heavier winter foods. You've got solid gains though, keep it up!! ⚖️📉👍😊
