First day manage to do low calorie intake on 1242 I guess because I ate like crazy yesterday. Gym: 10 min elliptical, 1 hour weights and 35 min elliptical. heart rate measure in zone for 45 minutes total.
Not going to use honey anymore I use a Tsp for the coffee but I can live without it also I'm not gong to do the 1 Tsp of olive oil for the salad. Its like 120 calories that I can use in something else. Lets see how I can handle a salad without olive oil.
