Barbell Deadlift: 5x15 @ 185 lbs.

Leg Extensions: 3x20 @ 100 lbs.

Leg Curls: 3x20 @ 100 lbs.

Calf press: 3x25 @150 lbs.

Seated Calf Raise: 3x25 @ 70 lbs.

All I've been doing lately. My body seems to like it best.

Because of aches and pains? That's what I running in to with the weight progression program. Elbows hurt, wrists hurt but nothing that hurts for a long time afterwards. I had to go lower weight and higher reps on my accessory lifts like curls, flyes, rows and other things that put pulling stress on the elbows. No more chin ups for me either. I want to start back up but I need some assistance bands to get going again so I don't hurt my elbows any further. I just concentrate more on form and try to get what I can out of the lighter weights.

I don't get any aches or pains other than the standard muscle soreness. I like it beter because I'm able to conentrate more on form. Good squeezes and stretches. I will probably still do a heavy week every now and then to take the monotony out of my routine, but high volume is the path that I will follow for a while. We will see how this style of training affects my body composition over the next few months.
