Well I woke up sore from the long walk yesterday and was going to take a rest day. Darned if 2:00 didn't roll around and I felt like going for a walk. So unlike me to actually feel like walking! So got the girls and hubby and took a 40 min walk. Felt good. Still sore, but glad to have that out of the way. Waiting for dinner and hope it peps me up a bit. Feeling a bit low on energy. Hope everyone had a wonderful FatSecret Thursday.

congrats for getting up and going! hate to admit, but i was so sore today i couldn't even think of going for a walk. tomorrow for sure though!! funny thing is i kind of enjoy the pain - i know i earned it doing a good thing! i slept sooooo good last night and probably will again tonight. enjoy your dinner :)

Good job...that what often happens to me also! If you are feeling abit low on energy eat some fat...cream cheese with celery, some hard cheese maybe..that might help your low energy. You are doing great!

Thank you all. I know about the sleep thing. I've slept so well these past days I can't believe. I will try some fat as I'm just dragging. Exercise being addictive scares me - LOL. I'm actually enjoying it. I don't walk real fast. For the exercise journal I select walking - slow - 2 MPH which is most likely close. I plan to keep hoofing around the neighborhood and adding time as well as distances. Thank you all for posting and I hope you have a fab Friday Eve!
