Two months ago I got back into running...a passion I had to step away from for a few years because of some back issues that were aggravated when I ran. Been running three times a week varying from 3.5 to 8.6 miles. Today I reached a new milestone of 10.5 miles so I am very happy with my progress so far. My goal is to be able to do a half-marathon by the beginning of 2015 and hopefully a full marathon in the Spring or Summer.
