Found the recipe but no rye flour.. 5 or 6 other kinds including garbonzo, cassava, coconut, but must have used up the last of the rye. So off to Sprouts to buy it. I will make ham and Swiss on rye for the BF on Super Bowl Sunday. I will be hiking.

Well, bread just went in the oven. The video indicated that if you didn’t have that special pan to just skip it but I used a small baking sheet that belongs to my toaster oven. I’ll see how that works out. And, I just made half a recipe. I didn’t want to waste ingredients if it didn’t work out. I will post a picture when it’s done in 2 hours.

Ok writing—- I made the bread and it is a real keeper. Really delicious. Extremely dense, and actually a little bit hard to cut through. Thank you for posting the bread!!

Forgot to ask if you have the special pan for baking the bread. I’m guessing you do because your slices are perfectly square. I think I will order it from Amazon.

So glad it turned out, Kenna! I did buy the pan, which I got off the King Arthur Flour website. It was the larger one they had. It's a nice pan, but was a little spendy. You can probably find one for less on Amazon
