I've been under a lot of stress this week. Most of my life, I would eat my feelings and binge on lots of comfort foods. It's so strange that despite the current stress, I'm not eating my feelings. Instead, I've completely lost my appetite. I'm not sure if this is good or bad, but I'm loving the numbers on the scale.
