Keeping off the scales today; don't wanna know. I feel slimmer and feel the energy expended and calories consumed, should be showing some loss, (calories in, calories out; simple formula, right?). Start day with 5 sets of 20 push ups, 10 sit ups, some stretches especially hips to keep lower back in tune. I do 3 sets of 15 roll outs on ab roller. So far today 18,500 steps from two hikes; one is fairly rigorous up a creek to falls. One more hike with my four legged pal so a few more steps. For the day and after dinner now over 25,000 steps. No booze for a 9 days.
