OK Today officailly sucked!!!! Wow, I knew it was going to be hard the first 15 minutes of the ride. I need to eat before I ride.. The caloric deficit caught up with me today in a big way. Damien was STRONG today. 1 more month of running & cycling combined deficit should get me to my first goal (190lb).
