I've complained several times about gaining 7 lbs last year around my birthday. I've been struggling to LOSE that extra 7 lbs for nearly a year with no success. Now I'll be 62 in March & I definitely DO NOT WANT another 7 lb surprise. To that end, I'm trying yet another crazy diet plan for the next 3 days. Yeah, I should know better than to go on a crash diet, but I've already spent the money so I may as well give it a shot. It's pretty much liquid protein supplements plus fruits & veggies, something I've thought about doing for awhile now. So I'm adding an additional challenge to this: No coffee, no cokes and no chocolate while on this diet. NO CHOCOLATE??? I gotta be out of my MIND! But seriously, chocolate is my biggest vice & I know I need to reign it in. Same with coffee, I know I drink too much. As for Cokes, well apparently they don't make Diet Coke w/Splenda anymore & I have a sensitivity to aspartame, so those really need to go. So just water & tea for the next 3 days. Hopefully SOME good will come of this!
