The weekend is over and I weighed this morning. No loss-no gain. that is good news. For lunch today I had a green bean and sausage omelet. Yes, you read it right. I was hungry for a big portion so I added a half cup of canned green beans to my egg mixture and it was good. I did get a lot of exercise on Saturday, I slept like a baby that night. Tomorrow the cold is moving back in, but it sure is pretty right now. cold always makes me want some hot home made soup.

Great you added some greens to your breakfast. Dr. Hyman (Blood Sugar Solution) suggest you add greens to every meal of the day. Great choice on making a healthy step!
