It's funny, all week last week I was craving salads for lunch (it's been about a month since I started eating them for lunch every day) but then the weekend hits and it's like "salad, what's that?" So, next weekend I'm going to try to do better for lunch. I try to take it easier on the weekends and by that time I'm out of stuff for salads, but I need to quit going overboard. Thank goodness I'm still down a pound and didn't go up any, but I know that could change quickly. Weekends are a killer!!
