Today we start a new journey. As you can see, my weight has been fluctuating the past couple months because I haven’t had the energy or motivation to be consistent. But I’m tired of the person I see when I look in the mirror every day. My depression has been getting bad lately but I don’t want it to win. I don’t want to hate myself. I don’t want to let the depression win. This morning I made myself get up early and workout. I ate a good healthy breakfast and packed a yummy lunch. I need to get back into my routine. I just wanted to say a big thank you to my FS family for all the support. It means the world! We got this guys!

I get all of that, I also struggle with depression and anxiety and it’s a constant battle. I’m always trying so hard to be consistent but I’m so easily affected by my emotions and I allow it to get the best of me before I even know it. Stay strong, don’t give up. You got this!
