Some days I eat really well. Today was not one of them 🙃 Still, had a nice NSV this week. I had to have my husband pull down the tub of clothes marked TOO SMALL because my bras didn't fit any more. Found a couple of shirts that fit again. The jeans and skirts were non-starters right now -- kinda lost my waist with menopause. I put those away for later. I'll probably get into them eventually 😊

Shrewdness -- I'm just under 5'5", and I was down to about 135 in 2015. That's the lowest I've ever been post-college, except for during my divorce. In addition to 10 more pounds, my body shape has changed since then due to menopause, so clothes fit differently now. It's all good -- I don't get worked up over my weight 😊 A little lighter would make hiking, skiing, and mountain biking easier, so that's my main motivation
