Good Morning! Today is a fasting day, I did not keep to my fasting schedule on vacation so today might be back at the difficult stage, I'm hoping for an easy, no sweat kind of day, but I'll handle whatever I get :)I left the tropics Sunday and arrived during the cold front, when I got up yesterday it was 29 degrees, this morning it was 31. Brrrrrrr the cold is much harder to take after you have been baking in the sun for 7 days. On the good side I understand that shivering has health benefits, especially for weight loss. Too bad shivering is not listed as an exercise ^.^ My husband was playing at bachelor man while I was gone so I have a huge mess to clean up still, along with mass quantities of laundry. Cannot let that man cook in my kitchen when I am gone!! You guys have a wonderful and blessed day!

yep ,,,, my husband does the same ... were did ya go south ?? use to live in Naples FL ...... now in Springfield Mo can get cold here for sure but all my kids are here all grown up of course and all my grand kids are here all 11 and 2 greats <3 .. sweet dreams <3 and thanks so Much for your support <3

I was staying with friends in Fort Lauderdale, but I ran the streets from North Miami to West Palm Beach. I put 1250 miles on the rental car, 830 was the trip to and from Savannah to Ft. Lauderdale the other 420 were running from one place to another trying to see everyone I missed so much in the past 4 years. Basking in the love of good friends is good for the soul :)
