only going to be weighing myself weekly i think from now on. doing it every day was giving me a complex. been working out every day and eating better. feeling good hope the rest of you are too

people that weigh themselves everyday are crazy!! just asking for disappointment.

I can't weigh every day either. The daily fluctuations make me crazy. I do best only weighing myself every 2 weeks or so. 🤷‍♀️

Thank you all for your support. I have had an eating disorder in the past so me weighing myself every day was really making me insane and I was seeing old behaviors come to the surface. I feel much better now
