Day 39 of my journey
It’s been a great day, slept well, work went well, meeting dragged and nearly cut into my gym session. But it was a good day and the gym session went amazingly. Clearly a positive day today.
Meal plan today was Breakfast - weetabix with honey Snack - celery and banana Lunch - tomato and basil soup with 2 x wholemeal bread Snack - prawn cocktail crisps and malteaser bunny Dinner - spaghetti bolognese
I’ve not decided what my snack is going to be tonight. It means I’ll have to drag my arse up and go and search the kitchen but I am super comfy on the sofa right now.
