Day 41

My day went a lot better than yesterday. Back on it with my meal plan and I didn’t want to strangle my children today. Always a bonus

Went to the gym this evening and wore different trainers. Omg, I forgot what shin splints felt like 🥺 jogging on the treadmill and honestly felt like my left leg was going to give out. These trainers will be going in the bin as soon as I get home.

Meal plan
Breakfast - weetabix and honey
Snack - 2 x snack a jacks
Lunch - peanut butter on toast
Snack - sweet chilli rice crackers
Dinner - 2 x sausage mash and peas

Treated myself to a nice shower at the gym this evening. So my plan is now to go home and crawl straight into bed 🤣. Night all
