Good Morning FS friends! TGIF! Friday is my day to begin again after imploding yesterday. What's up with that? 😞 Maybe I need a few joy alternatives other than a positive number on the scale. Food for thought 😉 Anyway, that's a wrap! This morning, I'm beginning again with a low carb whole wheat tortilla,, diced ham, cheddar, 1 whole hardboiled egg white, pink grapefruit, blueberries, half dozen whole almonds and black coffee. Even my coffee cup approves 😊
