It's Friday and lunchtime, and I'm still on track with low-carb. I think I'll be fine today - since my persuasive co-worker is off today and the temptation factor is relatively low. I just have to watch out that I'm not eating just because of my diet-coke withdrawal headache - I tend to eat when I don't feel well. Taking a Motrin as we speak.

I'll be off work an hour early today and want to take a little time outside to do a light Lift Heavy Things workout (from Primal Blueprint). I've done the work-out with my husband for about 3 weeks 2 months ago until we let life get in the way and didn't go to the gym anymore. I still have my routine saved in a folder and am planning on doing 2 cycles with half of the reps of what I am normally doing. After all, I want to be able to move around tomorrow...lol
