Day 43
I’ve been a bit slack the last few days I’ve not been to the gym as I have shin splints from jogging in the wrong trainers and now my leg is super sore even to walk on.
It was weigh day today and lost another 0.6kg. Something is better than nothing I guess so happy with that.
No meal plan again today as it was 1) hasn’t gone too well 2) was mine and hubbies anniversary and 3) I’ve eaten like shit.
I might have a rest day tomorrow as well and let my leg ease before I get back to the gym on Monday. But, I will see how I feel in the morning before I set anything in stone.
