So the good news is, my back wasn't killing me either yesterday or today from Saturday's run. Meaning maybe those deadlifts I've been doing have done me some good. Not sure though if I'll get back into running again, though. I do kind of miss it. Anyway, I walked about another 3 miles on my treadmill yesterday (it was cold & rainy outside), followed by said deadlifts & other exercises. My pushups are getting better, I did 12 reps my last set & got the nose really close to the carpet! Also pushed the bent-over rows up to 12 reps on all 3 sets. My arms feel like they're in beast mode today, LOL! Now, if only the scale would cooperate.... Anyway, here's to the start of a new week, LET'S GO!!!
