Started with the Keto diet today, with two Five one Eight meals. I will try and eat the meals between the window of 12- 4 pm and only have water outside the other times. Intermittent fasting has worked so well for me in the past, as well as the Keto, it is just getting into the ketosis and past the keto flu period. I cannot believe I am again at my highest weight I was 11 years ago, but I remember being here 11 years ago, struggling with this same issue and pushing through. I can do this.
