For once a picture of me. My weight is only about 1/2 lb down, but my waist is apparently 1/2 inch down! Yesterday I put on a shirt that I hadn't worn in awhile (too tight at the waist) and it looked pretty good. Today my pants are a bit loose, so I'm counting both of those as non-scale victories😎
