Day 48

Sorry I’ve been a bit MIA lately, I’ve been so busy, meal plan has gone out of the window at the moment. I ate KFC for lunch today and felt shit after. Did body balance tonight at the gym but couldn’t work my absolute hardest as shin splints are still killing me.

To top it off my thighs are on fire. I did about 40 lunges the other day and I’ve struggled to walk up the stairs since, can barely stand from a sitting position but I felt so good whilst doing it.
Bloody annoying isn’t it. The endorphins are amazing at the time but when you struggle for days is what makes it the killer.

So no meal plan again today as it was basically granola and KFC bucket. Naughty naughty.
