Day 50,

Wow I have made it to day 50. I am shocked I have made it this far.

This morning to celebrate my achievement I went to the gym and smashed it out on the cross-trainer. I went on the treadmill and tried to jog, way too soon for that. Honestly think as I have not given my shin splints a break I think they have become stress fractures. The thing is, although I am a chubby mummy, I’m not one to sit around. I need to be active. Kicking myself for it today. Think I just need to lay off the treadmill.

Got home, had a nice bit of lunch and then took the dog for a walk with the hubby and the youngest. Hills, mud, cows, puddles we were dodging them all.

Meal plan today was
Breakfast - Kind bar and banana
Lunch - beans on toast
Dinner - treat meal Tesco bbq chicken pizza

Still within my calories today. Surprisingly. Now I am going to have a relax on the sofa before a nice hot bath, early night ready for tomorrows antics.
