I found it through my new favorite YouTube channel, Nutrition Made Simple. He comes from a plant based perspective, but he's very non-judgmental about inclusion of animal products and very even-handed. He also focuses on the nutritional side of it rather than the ethical, so it's nice not to get a side dish of guilt trip. ;)
