I kept my intake to 2000 or less the past 3 days. I workout 4 days a week yet I am continuing to gain weight instead of loosing. just sharing.
I tried egglife wrap they are good. I placed beef jerky in my car to eat if I am hungry. finally, I bought cauliflower sticks and other items that healthier than potato chips or Doritos. thank FS family for the support and encouragement. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
