Going to work, have a lot of catching up to do since the computer was down for a few days. Ahhhh!😱 Absolutely need my coffee, it’s part of my daily grind, but I sat down and it was boiling hot, yet I drank it anyway for it was sooo brew-ti-ful!!!🥴💕☕️ Remember a yawn is just a silent scream for coffee!☕️☕️☕️❤️ Have a Spectacular Saturday! 🌺🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦 Let’s pray today for the war to end soon, for even the Russian citizens don’t want it and are being hurt as well.

Diana, I am such a coffee and germ nut, that when we go to Laughlin I bring my own tiny coffee maker and coffee. For I too can’t live without it. Plus, my hubby usually will also will go to the Starbucks in the hotel early early morning to surprise me with a latte. The only time he brings me coffee.😁☕️☕️☕️

Rhontique, I am not a strong coffee drinker. I usually drink breakfast coffee, so I probably make it like your son does. Good thing, I drink it all day. But, I will drink strong coffee as well!! In fact, I am going for another cup right now!😁👍☕️☕️☕️☕️

Shrewdness I have been eating like this for 30 years. I eat plenty of calories, plenty of bread, pasta, ice cream, cake, an occasional Coke, an occasional non-alcoholic beer or wine, pizza— I just know when to stop so that I can do it again in the future. Chronologically I am getting older, mentally just maturing but in my heart I am still that surfer girl and I plan on never growing up. Paying attention to my diet, nutrition and making my exercise fun to do has given me the best shot at living long enough to to say —- what a ride this has been.!

I would love to sit down with my ancestors to hear their stories. I don't drink coffee regularly, but I like it dark and smooth, not bitter. Being from Louisiana, I drink Community Coffee, French Roast. My grandmother used to buy green coffee beans and roast them herself. 💙💙💛💛💙💙💛💛 Peace!

Shirfleur,💕 I wish to goodness with all my heart, that all the long hours I spent with my grandpa that I would have asked him about his life.
He was living before electricity and brought his kids to the little red school house in a horse and buggy in snow storms, in Minnesota. He lived through the Spanish flu and took care of many of his neighbors livestock and farms as they were ill. He had a great love for his horses and treated them well. He survived the Great Depression and loss so much during it. It would have been so wonderful to hear. Yet, I was blessed to be with him as long as I was! I miss him terribly!❤️ Blessings Shirfleur!🌺
