I think I am done being lazy about my diet and exercise. I went to the gym once last week and didn’t record anything I ate and I am pretty confident I ate over my limit regularly.

I haven’t had the motivation lately to do much. But this morning I was up, did some stretching to loosen my hips and low back and feel pretty good. I am wishing I could go to the gym this morning but have too much going on so I can’t go.

I did get a good workout Saturday, spent the entire day taking out old fence along the pasture. After 8 hours I was barely able to move. I hired my son and one of his buddies to help and they were fine! So not fair!
