Feeling somewhat better. Has oral surgery yesterday-whole day was agony-painkillers barely made a dent. Today better, still swollen and sore but able to go to work. i feel good about taking care of my health business. Next week is colonoscopy. HAving the flu and oral surgery has put me on a mostly liquid diet-broth and one serving of cream of wheat in last 3 days-NO WEIGHT LOSS though-in fact I gained 3 lbs. NOT posting it (YET). Hoping my body will catch up and hopefully I can have a loss, even if it's of the short term water variety.
Cannot wait (pun intended) to get back to walking/running-even a sit-up would be nice...
