Day 10:
This morning I did a 10 min Standing Morning Workout and 4 min 20 sec full body Tabata followed with REALLY good stretches.

I’m not weighing myself this week, my days have been good, but dinner times… not so much 🤣🥸. We had a huge bbq for my nephews going away party this last weekend and last night was date night; we may or may not have splurged trying some special desserts our restaurant made Ramadan, and our regular order of baklava 😅. Food rules and restrictions are not allowed on date night, only enjoying each other’s company and time together ♥️🥰♥️

There are 4 different YouTube videos/channels that I use for my morning workouts- the 2 I listed here that I did this morning, Basic Tae Bo, & Body Project.

Lovetravels suggested Has Fit, I would love to anyone else’s suggestions as well to help me keep it exciting and to have options to change it up sometimes. I currently do low impact & beginner in my searches.

LOVE Jessica Smith: https://www.youtube.com/c/Jessicasmithtvfit She's down-to-earth and has easy to follow workouts. I've been concentrating on increasing my fitness as well. I'm going to try an experiment and stop logging calories since I now have a basic idea of what I need to eat. Stretching is fantastic.
