Well, just great, really great.

Yesterday was plateau day - which like I said before - I was prepared for, at least mentally.

Today is the 'double whammy' where I added back on 2lbs.

I did make my monthly goal of 10lbs, which is awesome tho.

And I know that the rapid weight loss I had the last week or so was mostly water, so I knew that would balance back and that there would be a moderate weight gain as a result - ugh.

It happens and I knew it was coming, not that it makes the mental blow any less real.

So, today I'm cutting back about 150 calories and dropping carbs some.

Baby steps...

i just went through the same thing. a plateau and then 1.5 lbs gained which wouldn’t go away for like 3 days! then it happened, i dropped it and then some. just keep at it :) you’ve made excellent progress so far and this in no way diminishes that!

You have the right plan. Baby steps your body did not get to where it was in a week. Embrace your progress and keep flexing 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
