I'm right there, too. I enjoy a weekend trip to a restaurant and enjoy too much food and a bit of dessert - and POW! Takes all week and a 48 hour fast to lose that 2 pounds! GAH!!!!!
Anyway, sorry for the rant! Stay on track, this too shall pass!
