صيام مقبول انشاء الله 😊 I don’t blame u stuffed my face today had about 100g of rice beef & courgette stew with chickpeas meat frittata & salad no room for soup 😊 just me fasting so tomorrow will make soup 😊and protein salad Happy fasting

Looks like a good varied plate of food to me. Not every day needs to be under calories, apparently it helps to shock your system with varied amounts of calories each day. That way it doesn't hold on to them in 'survival mode' so much. I do quite a bit of research on things and quite a lot of people have said this so far.

Legendgary, you’re right it was a varied plate of food, only thing I went overboard on eating the fried food, it wasn’t all shown on my plate😅
