So Day 1 of the 21-day Fix went well, I made it through MOST of the workout & got about 6400 steps in at work. Also didn't feel that hungry, which is good. As a result, I'm down about 3/4 lb, but that's mostly weight I gained over last weekend, LOL! Weekend weight gain is the bane of my existence! Hopefully if I stick to the plan I won't gain any weight this upcoming weekend. I've decided to raise my goal weight back to 135 lbs & see if I can hit THAT number, then we'll see about 128 lbs. One thing at a time!
